Having raised $1.6M in venture capital we’re at a pivotal moment in our company in which we must streamline our internal process and build workflow software to create efficiencies on the sales team. On the same token, we’re revamping our external facing site to better communicate our offering.

Our team is looking for someone to take full ownership of shipping product updates quickly and effectively from ideation through design and development.

You will

  • Work directly with the sales team to understand and record challenges to inform efficiencies

  • Work with your team and leadership to set product strategy & roadmap

  • Speed up decision making for your team by ensuring you have a full understanding of sales team problems & challenges

  • Translate research and ambiguous ideas into tightly scoped, actionable plans

  • Talk to users to reveal their core problems and needs and translate these into product

  • Managing the engineers to stay on timelines, breaking down cards in Jira, product stand-ups and check-ins, sprint planning

  • Find scrappy ways to test ideas quickly

  • Do whatever it takes to make your team and product successful. You'll never say, “That's not my job.”

You have

  • 3+ years experience building and shipping web applications as a designer, engineer, or product manager.

  • 2+ years experience shipping complex SaaS or marketplace products in startup environments as a product manager (preferred).

  • Understanding of how traditional agencies function

  • Deep intuition and passion for product

  • Ability to learn quickly and open to collaboration

  • Ability to operate on your own, set strategic timelines, a consistently evolving POV

  • The ability to formulate a long-term business strategy and the short-term steps to achieve it.

  • Excellent data analysis skills

  • Empathy for users and a desire to talk to them about their problems.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • The ability to manage uncertainty and ambiguity well. You can make decisive calls without enough information.

  • Entrepreneurship or small startup experience


80-95K; + equity
